As it is the feeling, not the thought that communicates to the universe what to bring into our experience.

It is all about neurology and what neurons are connected to what other neurons.
Simply put, imagine your neurons as little train tracks and the electric impulses of the brain, as the trains running on the tracks - Your 'Trains of thoughts' so to speak. One thought leads to another thought and all thoughts have emotions attached to them. And now you want a new better feeling thought. So we need to 'Flip' your tracks, so your train ends up in a better feeling destination. I hope this makes sense :-) |
